Vehicle Preparation & Accessories

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and detachable vehicle accessories (e.g., headlight covers, bonnet guards, weather shields, etc.) before work begins. Items left in the vehicle may be cleaned around, but Supreme Detailing & Tinting is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Vehicles must be prepared so work can commence immediately upon arrival.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of work.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the job, before the operator leaves.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX (all cards 2% surcharge applies).

Liability

  • Supreme Detailing & Tinting is not responsible for staining or damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by pollutants washed off vehicles.
  •  All detailing products used are tested and environmentally friendly.
  • We are liable only for direct physical damage caused by our team (e.g, structural damage while moving a vehicle).
  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, swirls, or faults are the customer’s responsibility. These may become visible once the vehicle has been cleaned.
  • Customers must identify sensitive areas (e.g, electrical parts, computers, engine compartments) before work begins. We are not responsible for damage if these areas are not disclosed.
  • We accept no liability for pre-existing vehicle faults or damage that worsens during or after detailing.
  • During detailing, we use professional machines, including pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and shampoo systems. Longevity of results (e.g, paint shine or fabric drying time) depends on environmental conditions, storage, and usage, and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Engine bay cleaning is carried out using dry methods only. If customers request degreasing/high-pressure cleaning, written consent is required, and liability is waived for resulting issues.
  • Supreme Detailing & Tinting reserves the right to hold vehicle keys until full payment is received.
